Protecting your personal data is one of B.C. Victoriabank S.A. priorities; the Bank informs You that it is registered at the National Center for Personal Data Protection as a personal data controller under number 0000092.
B.C. Victoriabank S.A. would like to inform You that, when providing financial-banking services, your personal data are collected, processed, stored and kept in accordance with Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 regarding the protection of personal data and internal policies in the field.
The data is collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes: accessing the services provided by the Bank, ensuring continuous communication, including by sending promotional messages, prompt execution of your requests, resolving complaints, etc.
The security measures taken by the Bank to protect personal data against destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination and other illicit actions shall ensure an adequate level of security regarding the risks posed by the processing and the nature of the data processed.
B.C. Victoriabank S.A. notes that when submitting personal data by completing standard forms, applications or any communication thereof on paper or other durable media, you expressly agree to the processing of data by the Bank.
According to Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 on personal data protection, you have the rights to: access and intervention on data, opposition, not to be subject to an individual decision and access to justice.
You can exercise your right of opposition by submitting your complaint directly to one of the Bank's territorial units or by sending it electronically via e-mail to dcp@vb.md.
At the same time, the Bank informs You that it will disclose and transmit the personal data directly to you or to your authorized person, as well as to the competent bodies, respecting the requirements established by Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 regarding the protection of personal data and other normative acts in force. For the protection of personal data, we recommend that You pay special attention to their communication on sites or in other unjustified situations.
