Free Victoriabank cards for refugees from Ukraine!

If you are a Ukrainian refugee citizen in Moldova, you can obtain free instant cards, in lei, at Victoriabank.

You can acquire the card on the same day, within a maximum of one hour, at the Victoriabank branches in Chisinau included in the list below.

The daily limit of cash supply or withdrawal transactions is equal to the equivalent of 400 euro/day.

You can replenish the card with lei through the Victoriabank cash-in ATMs or at the Victoriabank counters. In case of funding the card with euros or dollars, the conversion into lei will be made at the current card exchange rate of the bank.

The card stock is limited.
