Victoriabank will broker a new bond issue, issued by the Municipality of Sireți village in Strășeni district. The funds raised through this issue will be directed to the modernization of the local road infrastructure through the reconstruction of 11 road segments.
Subscription will be openbetween September 3-22, 2025 inclusive, with the possibility of early closure of the public offer based on the decision of the issuer.
To encourage participation in the investment process, the first two subscription days (September 3-4) are exclusively reservedindividuals - resident and non-resident.From September 5subscription will also become accessible forlegal personsuntil the offer is closed or the total amount is exhausted.

The public offering prospectus was approved by the National Commission for Financial Markets on August 26, 2025.
Investment project "Reconstruction of local roads"
One of the main development objectives of Sireți is to rehabilitate and modernize the local road infrastructure and to increase the comfort level of the local residents. Thus, Sireți City Hall proposes, by attracting funds from the capital market, to modernize the road infrastructure by rebuilding11 road segments in the locality. The centralized realization by the City Hall of road reconstruction works in the locality significantly reduces the overall costs, both for the local budget and for the citizens. The total amount of the bond issue is3 million lei.
