Update to the General Terms and Conditions applicable to individuals

Dear Customer,

We have updated the General Terms and Conditions applicable to individuals (GTC), and the new version – CGA 4.5 – is available on Victoriabank website.

When do the new terms take effect?

For new customers, who is establishing a business relationship with Victoriabank in August 1, 2026, CGA 4.5 takes effect as of this date.

For Existing Customers, the new terms will take effect starting on October 1, 2026. As of this date, the relationship with the bank continues to be governed by the version CGA 4.4.

If you are already a Victoriabank customer, you can review the new version of the General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you can notify the bank of this through September 30, 2026, inclusive, under the conditions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.
