1. Question: Tatiana, tell us about yourself—both professionally and personally. How would you describe yourself? What has your professional journey at Victoriabank been like?

Answer: I am an open-minded, dedicated, and results-oriented person. I enjoy constantly learning, discovering new things, and contributing wherever I can add value. My six years at Victoriabank have been a journey filled with experiences, challenges, and opportunities for growth. I had the opportunity to work alongside professionals from whom I learned a great deal, and each stage helped me develop both my professional skills and my self-confidence. Today, I can say that what motivates me most is the feeling that I am part of a team that builds and grows together.

2. Question: You’ve been part of the Victoriabank team for 6 years—what would you say are some of the key moments you’ve experienced in your professional career?

Answer: Looking back, my six years at Victoriabank were marked by many important moments. I went through changes, new projects, intense periods, and challenges that helped me grow professionally. Each experience brought valuable lessons and the opportunity to see things from different perspectives. One of the best parts is that I’ve grown alongside the team, and the people I’ve met along the way have contributed significantly to my development. I believe the most important takeaways here at Victoriabank are the experience and teamwork.

3. Question: What is your professional background? What have you done to become the person you are today?

Answer: My professional journey has been built step by step, through hard work, perseverance, and a desire to keep learning. There have been times when I’ve had to step outside my comfort zone, take on new challenges, and adapt quickly to change. I’ve learned from every experience, from every success, but also from situations that tested my patience and determination. I believe that professional development isn’t about perfection, but about the willingness to learn every day and move forward with confidence.

4. Question: If you were to offer some advice from the perspective of an experienced professional, what would you tell those just starting their careers?

Answer: I encourage everyone to have the courage to learn, to ask questions, and to view every experience as an opportunity for growth. At the start of your career, it’s natural not to have all the answers, but your attitude, your desire to grow, and your openness to feedback matter a great deal. Be persistent, invest in your development, and have confidence in your own potential. Results come over time, when you do your work with responsibility and passion.

5. Question: Tatiana, you’re very active professionally. What is Tatiana like in her free time, when she’s with her family and loved ones?

Answer: In my free time, I like to reconnect with what matters most to me: family, friends, and the simple moments that bring joy. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, going for walks, traveling, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet and having heartfelt conversations. These moments help me recharge my batteries and come back feeling energized and inspired. I strongly believe that a balance between work and personal life is essential to feeling good.

1. What do you admire most in a person?

Answer:  I admire authenticity, respect, and integrity. I like people who stay true to their values, who keep their promises, and who treat those around them with empathy and openness. I believe these qualities build trust and foster healthy relationships, both in my professional and personal life.

2. What is the most recent book you've read?

Answer: I like to read based on what inspires me or what I’m thinking about at any given time. I’m always interested in material that helps me learn something new, see things from a different perspective, or grow both professionally and personally. I believe that lifelong learning can come from many sources, and the important thing is to remain curious and open to new ideas.
