Important! Change to the identifier for paying Energocom bills

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that, effective November 1, 2026, Energocom will use a new consumer ID format for bill payments.

What's changing?

The new identifier will consist of only 10 digits, without the first 3 digits and the “/” symbol from the previous format.

Example:

Old format: 123/0123456789
New format: 0123456789

What should you do?

If you pay your Energocom bills through Victoriabank, we recommend that you verify the identifier used when making payments.

If you have saved payment templates or use the automatic bill payment service, please check and, if necessary, update the identifier to avoid any errors in payment processing after November 1, 2026.
