This year in Iași, the management teams from Victoriabank, Microinvest, and BT Leasing Moldova, along with guests from the Banca Transilvania Group, gathered for a day dedicated to discussing results, priorities, and plans for the coming period.
Managers’ Day is one of the strategic events that gives us the opportunity to look back together on our journey so far and chart the course for what we’re going to build next. The meeting’s agenda focused on business, performance, and results, but above all on the people who make things happen. We discussed the challenges and opportunities ahead of us and aligned ourselves with the goals that will guide the next phase.
“Managers’ Day is an important moment for us—we take stock of what we’ve accomplished, where we stand, and what we’ll do next. We have ambitious goals and are building Victoriabank’s future in Moldova, together with Microinvest and BT Leasing Moldova,” said Levon Khanikyan, President of Victoriabank.
An event for managers is also a time for connecting. We discovered the beauty of Iași, visited the Palace of Culture, and enjoyed the energy and memorable experiences at Aventura Parc Hamak. Because a strong team is built not only through meetings and projects, but also in those moments when we have the opportunity to get to know each other in a different way, exchange ideas, and reconnect outside the office.
“Managers’ Day is about people. We may have ambitious strategies and grand plans, but it is people who turn them into results,” says Valentina Sohoțchi, Director of Human Resources at Victoriabank.
At Victoriabank, we believe that strong results and performance stem from people who work together, trust one another, and take responsibility for what they build. Together, we build more than just results. Together, we build the future.
