You've been part of the Victoriabank team for 5 years—what would you say are some of the key moments you've experienced in your professional career?

I’ve been part of the Victoriabank team for 5 years, and what I appreciate most is that every day brings new experiences. Interacting with different people—each with their own goals, needs, and challenges—makes my work dynamic and meaningful. Every conversation and every situation is an opportunity to learn, find solutions, and contribute to a positive customer experience. It is precisely this diversity that motivates me and keeps me enthusiastic about my day-to-day work.

What has your career path been like? What have you done to become the person you are today?

My career at Victoriabank began as a Retail Customer Service Specialist, an experience that gave me the opportunity to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and help find the best solutions for each situation.
Later, I moved on to the position of Corporate Customer Service Specialist, where I discovered a new level of challenges and opportunities for growth. This role helped me develop my professional skills, collaborate with entrepreneurs and company representatives, and better understand the specifics of the business environment. Looking back, I realize that each stage contributed to my professional and personal growth. Today, I am more confident and just as motivated to learn, grow, and create value for clients and my team every day.

If you were to offer some advice from the perspective of an experienced professional, what would you tell those just starting their careers?

My advice to those just starting their careers is to view every challenge as a learning opportunity. It’s normal to feel nervous, have questions, and experience moments of uncertainty, but these are all part of the process of professional growth. Be curious, ask questions, learn from every experience, and don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. With patience, dedication, and a desire to grow, confidence in your own abilities comes naturally. Every step, no matter how small it may seem, contributes to building a solid and successful career.

Anișoara, you’re very active professionally. What is Anișoara like in her free time, when she’s with her family and loved ones?

Beyond my professional life, I am someone who values the time I spend with my family and loved ones. I love savoring simple moments, heartfelt conversations, and experiences that bring us closer together. I believe that a balance between my professional and personal life is very important, and my family is my source of energy, inspiration, and motivation. The time we spend together gives me the peace of mind and balance I need to confidently tackle both professional challenges and those of everyday life.

What do you admire most about a person?

Above all, I admire people who act with integrity and remain true to their values, no matter the circumstances. I value sincerity, responsibility, and respect for others—qualities that form the foundation of authentic and trusting relationships. I’m inspired by people who achieve their goals through hard work and perseverance, yet remain humble and open to continuous learning. I also admire people who support those around them, share their experiences, and contribute to building a team based on collaboration and respect. What's the most recent book you've read?

If I had to choose a way I like to learn and discover new things, I’d say that documentaries play an important role. I’m drawn to real-life stories, people’s experiences, and topics that help me better understand the world around me—whether it’s history, society, or inspiring life stories.
Although I don’t read as often as I’d like, I appreciate the value of a good book and believe that every opportunity to learn is important. I’m convinced that personal and professional growth depends not only on the source of information, but above all on the curiosity to discover new perspectives and the desire to continually evolve.
