On September 24, our colleague Marina Covalciuc, Deputy Director of Human Resources at Victoriabank, participated as a speaker at the project wrap-up event “VIA – Improving Labor Market Integration for Young People at Risk of Social and Occupational Exclusion in the Republic of Moldova”, organized by AO Eco-Răzeni.
During the panel discussion “Partnerships That Create Opportunities: Cooperation Between Education, Employment, and the Community”, Marina spoke about Victoriabank’s experience in recruiting, integrating, and developing young professionals, as well as the important role employers play in facilitating the transition from school to the workforce.
“We believe that the professional success of future generations is built through collaboration between the educational sector, the community, and employers. That is why we continue to support initiatives that contribute to skills development, career guidance, and the creation of real opportunities for young people. At Victoriabank, we want to help create an environment where young people can realize their potential, learn, grow, and build a career with confidence.”, said Marina Covalciuc.

Thank you to the team AO Eco-Răzeni for the invitation and for the dedication with which they develop projects that offer young people real opportunities for learning, integration, and professional development.
