Important Notice for Victoriabank Mastercard Platinum, STAR Card Platinum, and Mastercard Business Platinum cardholders who use the Mastercard Travel Experiences app
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that, starting on July 22, 2026, the app and the website Mastercard Travel Experiences (MTE) have been deactivated and replaced by the new platform Mastercard Travel Pass (MTP).
Mastercard travel benefits are still available through Mastercard Travel Pass, in a modernized and enhanced digital experience.
What You Need to Know
The Mastercard Travel Experiences app and website are no longer active.
Your benefits (Fast Track, Airport Transfer, etc.) have been transferred to the Mastercard Travel Pass.
Existing reservations made previously through MTE remain valid and are available in the new app.
Your booking history is available in Mastercard Travel Pass.
New reservations for travel services can be made exclusively through Mastercard Travel Pass.

Will the reservation history be transferred? | Yes—all previous reservations were automatically transferred to MTP. |
Are existing reservations still valid? | Yes. All reservations confirmed in MTE will be honored and transferred to MTP. |
Do I need to create a new account? | No. Your login credentials are transferred automatically. You do not need to register again. |
What should I do if I can't log in on July 22? | Use the "Forgot Password" option in the Mastercard Travel Pass app. |
Will I lose my benefits (entitlements)? | No. All eligible rights and benefits are automatically transferred to the new app. |
How do I access the Fast Track service booked through MTE? | Fast Track reservations can also be accessed using the QR code received via email, without having to log in to the app. |
