Notice Regarding Changes to the Fees for Services Related to Cards Issued by B.C. "Victoriabank" S.A., dated July 1, 2026

We would like to inform you that, effective July 1, 2026 B.C., "Victoriabank" S.A. is amending Card service fees, presented in a new format, are structured as follows:

- Fees and charges for SALUT cards, effective July 1, 2026;

- Fees and charges for MASTERCARD GOLD cards, effective July 1, 2026;

- Fees and charges for SALARY and BUDGET cards, effective July 1, 2026;

- Fees and charges for SOCIAL cards, effective July 1, 2026;

- Fees and charges for MASTERCARD PLATINUM cards, effective July 1, 2026;

- Withdrawn from the Bank's offerings as of December 6, 2022! Card fees under the GENERAL Terms and Conditions, effective July 1, 2026;

- Withdrawn from the Bank's offerings as of December 6, 2022! Fees for PENSION AND SOCIAL BENEFIT cards, effective July 1, 2026;

- Withdrawn from the Bank's offerings as of December 6, 2022! Fees for cards issued under the SALARY PROGRAM, effective July 1, 2026;

- Withdrawn from the Bank's offerings as of April 16, 2025! ORANGE co-branded card fees, effective July 1, 2026.

The rates are available to you both at Victoriabank branches and on the bank's official website victoriabank.md/fees.
