About the “373” Program

The government’s “373” program aims to stimulate investment in the business sector, support development and innovation among entrepreneurs, and contribute to the country’s economic growth. By subsidizing a portion of the interest on investment loans, the program facilitates access to financing and encourages entrepreneurs to launch projects and expand their operations, thereby contributing to Moldova’s economic prosperity.

Thus, the interest rate on loans with terms of up to 7 years has a maximum grace period of 3 years. The difference in the interest rate will be covered through the Public Institution ODA (Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship).

• You pay only 7% in lei or 3% in foreign currency

• Loan origination fee of 0.5% of the loan amount

• Down payment of at least 10% of the investment project’s value
