Activating a Card at an ATM

To activate your card with a PIN, insert the physical card into any Victoriabank ATM and follow the on-screen instructions.

E-PIN—the temporary password sent via SMS to the mobile phone number provided to the bank when the card is issued or when the PIN is reissued by Customer Support at the cardholder’s request.

With the “Card Activation” feature, you can quickly enter the world of Victoriabank’s digital services.

Once your card is activated, you’ll be able to use the wide range of services available in the VB24 app:

pay bills (utility services, internet, TV, daycare, and many others)
top up your card using the Top Up
make transfers between cards (P2P), including to other people
send money quickly with Send to Friend
make contactless payments using your preferred digital wallet
