  • Transfer is available to be picked up within minutes
  • Maximum limit per transfer is 10.000 USD, 8.300 EUR or 600.000 RUB or equivalent in other currency
  • The transfer is valid for the payment 3 years from the sending date

Sending money through Contact

  • We invite you to the nearest Victoriabank location with a valid ID
  • Communicate to operator beneficiary’s name and surname, country of destination, amount and currency of transfer
  • Pay amount and fee for transfer and receive receipt
  • On receipt you will receive money transfer control number which you must communicate exclusively to beneficiary

Receiving money through Contact

  • You can receive transfer online through T2A service
  • We invite you to the nearest Victoriabank location with a valid ID
  • Communicate to operator money transfer control number payer’s name and surname, country of origin, amount and currency of expected transfer
  • Receive money and receipt

Change transfer data

  • We invite you to location where you made transfer with a valid ID
  • Present money transfer receipt to operator and mention changes you want to make
  • Data that can be changed: beneficiary’s name and surname
  • Receive receipt attesting change of transfer data
  • There is no fee for transfer data changing

Cancellation of transfer

  • We invite you to location where you made transfer with a valid ID
  • Present money transfer receipt to operator and fulfill cancel transfer request
  • Receive return receipt and money
  • Transfer can only be returned if it has not been released to beneficiary
  • Paid fee for sending money is not refundable
