An exclusive program that provides access to over 1,400 airport lounges in international airports for Mastercard Platinum Victoriabank cardholders and their accompanying guests.

How to Access Lounge Key

Present your Mastercard Platinum Victoriabank card or the QR code from the Lounge Key app.

Provide your boarding pass, ensuring the name on your card and the ticket are the same Enter your card PIN on the Lounge Key terminal for verification A temporary charge of USD 1 will be applied and automatically released within a few minutes.

• Access for Accompanying Guests

Accompanying guests may access Lounge Key for a fee of USD 35 per person.

Conditions for FREE Lounge Access

To enjoy the full privilege of unlimited complimentary lounge access under the Lounge Key program, please ensure the following:

• Make purchases with your Victoriabank Mastercard Platinum card totaling at least MDL 9,000 (or the equivalent in another currency).
• Transactions should be made within 30 calendar days + 5 business days prior to your travel date.
• The transaction amounts must be settled and debited from your card account.

The following are not eligible for calculation:

• Account or card balance replenishments (top-ups)
• Cash withdrawals
• P2P transfers
• Transactions made in the last 5 working days before departure.

Extra Benefit: Enjoy two complimentary Lounge Key visits between January 1 – June 30, 2026 for you or your guest.

Simply pay for the visit, and we will automatically refund the fee - up to two times by June 30, 2026. The refunded amount will be maximum USD 35 / MDL 683.68 per visit, depending on the fee charged for access (or the equivalent in your account currency, at the official NBM exchange rate on the transaction date)

How to Use Fast Track

• Ensure your card is active. No additional registration with the bank is required.
• Register via the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or at the site
• Select your airport, number of travelers, and the desired time slot.
• Receive your personal QR code via the app or email. Save it or add it to your digital wallet.
• Arrive at the airport, proceed to the Fast Track lane, and present your QR code for priority access.

Travel with Guests

The cardholder may access the Fast Track area together with accompanying guests. The cost for each accompanying guest varies depending on the airport and is displayed at the time of reservation.
