For a credit in the amount of 300.000 lei, for a period of 180 months, the monthly rate of credit repayment, interest and commission are: I year: 2.372,18 lei, II year: 2,676.94, III year: 2,982.28 lei, starting with IV year: 3,441.68 lei. The effective interest rate is 10,78% and the total payable amount (the credit amount + all costs of the credit) is 606.810,99 lei.
Other expenses incurred by the client in case of the mortgage on real estate: the notarial authentication of the mortgage contract, its registration in the Land Register, the evaluation and insurance of the proposed real estate to the bank, life insurance and loss of working capacity. These expenses are not known by the bank and are not included in the calculation above.
