VICTORIABANK as a professional participant on the securities market undertakes brokerage activity on the stock market and outside stock market of corporate securities based on the license issued by the National Commission of the Financial Market (NCFM).

The brokerage activity represents the activity of sale and purchase of securities, conducted by the Bank as an agent or broker, who operates based on the brokerage, mandate or commission contract. As a broker, the Bank is a member of the Stock Exchange of Moldova and a participant in the National Depositary of Securities of Moldova

VICTORIABANK PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ON THE CORPORATE SECURITIES MARKET (CSM):

• conclude contracts on brokerage services and receive orders from clients on making transactions with securities;
• store, ensure the security and keep track of its clients’ money aimed at making investments in securities or obtained from the sale of securities;
• provide its clients with information on the securities market and on transactions made on their behalf based on the order received . At the same time, it informs the clients about the latest market price of securities that are the subject of the relevant order;
• provide daily its clients with statistics on transactions with securities made on the Stock Exchange of Moldova;
• may act as the nominal holder of securities in cases stipulated by law and at the request of clients.
