- opening and management of accounts DEPO;
- analytical record keeping of the Client’s portfolio securities;
- acceptance and transfer of portfolio securities in accordance with a written order;
- execution of corporate arrangements, including obtainment of incomes from issuers, gained from possession of securities, distribution and transfer of such incomes to the accounts of the Client, transfer of information from issuers to depositors, enregistrement of transactions with securities, participation in general meetings of shareholders and sittings of other governing bodies of joint-stock companies, the securities of which form a part of the Client’s investment portfolio, on the basis of additional orders of the Client;
- acceptance from the issuer of securities of documents on conversion, denomination, consolidation and splitting of portfolio securities and carrying out the respective records in the analytical accounting;
- re-registration of ownership of securities in the register of holders of securities, and courier services;
- statement of fact of appearance and extinction of pledge, execution of other corporate operations, which come within the regulations of activity of a nominal holder.
1. Victoriabank. has the right to modify the rates subject to prior notification of Clients.
2. Victoriabank is entitled to charge special and/or additional commissions, the rate of which will be determined by the volume of additional work performed and/or by unforeseeable circumstances.
3. Commissions and expenses of Victoriabank., paid by third persons according to indications of Clients, are charged off the Clients’ accounts in cases when the above payments can not be paid by such third persons for the reasons, which do not depend on Victoriabank.
4. Taxes, applied in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, are not included in the price of services, and are paid by Client additionally, except the cases stipulated additionally.
