ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) - is a device that allows to the clients to withdraw money from a bank card account or make other banking transactions.
At VictoriaBank ATMs every bank card holder can do the following transaction very easy, quickly and without depending on Banks’s work program:
1. Pay for public utilities:
- SunTV,
- Moldtelecom (including United and MaxDSL),
- INFOCOM,
- Gaz Chisinau,
- Infosapr,
- Union Fenosa,
- Starnet.

How to pay the fines using ATMs ?
1. Choose "Card Account" from the Menu;
2. Select "Pay utilities and other services" from this menu,;
3. Then select "Pay fines"
4. Enter the number of minutes, then enter the personal number (IDNP) from your identity card .
5. On the ATM screen there will appear the dates that you’ve entered, for verification and confirmation.
6. Enter the amount need to be paid and then push the button "Correct".
7. The operation was done successfully!
7. Pay for AVON products purchasing.
How to pay bills for AVON products purchasing?
1. Choose "Card Account” from the Menu;
2. Select "Pay utilities and other services” from this menu;
3. Then select the "AVON" button
4. If you would like to supplement the Avon account, enter your personal number (IDNP) from your identity card and type "Continue".
On the ATM screen there will appear the dates that you have entered, for verification and confirmation. After that enter the amount you should pay and type "Correct".
5. If you want to pay an “Avon” invoice, enter your personal number (IDNP) from your identity card, enter the invoice number and type "Continue"button.
On the ATM screen there will appear the dates that you have entered for verification and confirmation. Enter the amount you should pay and "Correct" type.
6. The operation was done successfully!
