What types of deposit’s certificate (DC) is issuing Victoriabank?
Victoriabank is issuing the following type of deposit’s certificate:
Nominative certificate– dematerialized form – represents a writing in Bank Register about an opening account. The holder of certificate can sell it only through bank which must record the new holder in Register;
Bear certificate– materialized form – has the special printed form with ten elements of protection. Bear certificate can change the holder without any restrictions (it is not contain any name).
Certificate with interest - the bank sells them to an equal price as their nominal value.
Discount certificate - the bank sells them to a lower price as their nominative value.
