VICTORIABANK, a professional participant of the securities market, provides services for the nominal holding of securities.
VICTORIABANK provides the following nominal holding of securities services:
- opening and management of personal securities records;
- analytical accounting of Customer’s portfolio securities;
- receipt and transmission of portfolio securities under a written order;
- execution of corporate actions, including receipt of income from issuers obtained from ownership over securities, distribution and transfer of such income to the Customer’s accounts, transfer of information from issuers to depositors, registration of securities transactions, participation in general meetings of shareholders and meetings of other governing bodies of joint-stock companies whose securities are included in the Customer’s investment portfolio under additional orders of the Customer;
- receipt from the issuer of portfolio securities of documents on conversion, denomination, consolidation, and splitting of portfolio securities and making corresponding entries in the analytical accounting;
- re-registration of ownership over securities in the securities holders register and courier services;
- ascertainment of occurrence and discharge of mortgage, and other corporate actions regulated by the nominal holder status.
