Victoriabank offers different types of loans that will help you implement your personal projects as soon as possible. In order to benefit from these loans, you need to go to the closest branch of Victoriabank and submit the following documents, depending on the type of chosen loan:
- If you choose Consumer credit on ordinary terms, the following documents should be submitted:
- Application for loan request, which could be obtained at any branch;
- Documents certifying the monthly income of the applicant and his/her spouse;
- Work-book;
- Identity card;
- Documents confirming the purpose of the loan (if necessary);
- Documents confirming the ownership right on the asset to be put in pledge.
2. If you choose MAGIC CREDIT – loan without pledge, the following should be submitted: - Application for loan request;
- Documents certifying your monthly income;
- Work-book;
- Identity card.
3. If you choose the MAGIC HOUSE CREDIT , the following should be submitted:
In case of real estate purchase, the amount of the loan will represent maximum 70% of the project cost | In case of house repair works or finishing works of real estate, the amount of the loan will represent maximum 100% of the project cost | - Application for loan request ;
- Documents certifying the monthly income of the applicant and his/her spouse;
- Work-book ;
- Identity card;
- Beneficiary’s Contract and Insurance Policy “Mortgage” signed with an insurance company accepted by the Bank (to be signed if the loan is approved);
- Documents confirming the purpose of the loan:
- Authorisation for construction
- Project documentation and proposed budget for building the house
- Sale and purchase contract
- Investment contract;
7. Documents confirming the ownership right on real estate to be put in pledge :
- Documents confirming the ownership right on real estate;
- Excerpt from the Real Estate registry;
- Certificate from the Territorial Cadastral Office on real estate value;
- Certificate from the State Fiscal Authority regarding the lack or existence of debts towards the budget;
- Independent assessment of real estate made by companies approved by the bank.

7. Documents confirming the ownership right on real estate to be put in pledge :
- Documents confirming the ownership right on real estate;
- Excerpt from the Real Estate registry;
- Certificate from the State Fiscal Authority regarding the lack or existence of debts towards the budget;
- Independent assessment of real estate made by companies approved by the bank.

4. For Overdraft Credit, the following documents are needed:
- Application for loan request;
- Certificate confirming the salary issued by the employer;
- Identity card.
5. In order to obtain the MAGIC CREDIT CARD, the following documents are needed:
- Application for opening the account and issuing a credit card;
- Identity card + copy;
- Work-book + copy;
- Certificate confirming the monthly salary.
Note: In case of loans over 30 thousand lei: - Documents confirming the ownership right on real estate to be put in pledge and/or the decision of the relevant authority on approving and securing the loan.
