How to invest in securities?

HOW TO INVEST IN STATE SECURITIES?

  1. To buy state securities you should approach any branch or representative office of the Bank;
  2. To sign the contract related to brokerage services on the SS market it is necessary.
For individuals:
  • to submit the identity card;
  • to ensure the availability of funds necessary to purchase SS. 
Legal entities shall submit the following:
  • Copy of the registration certificate of the enterprise, issued by the State Registration Chamber (SRC) of the Department of Information Technologies or other documents confirming the state registration, certified by the notary;
  • Copy of documents of incorporation (statutes, regulation, constitutive contract etc. ) certified by the notary;
  • Extract from the State Commercial Registry certifying the person empowered to manage the company, issued by SRC or by territorial structures (for entities that are registered with SRC);
  • Fiche with specimen signatures and stamp mark;
  • Identity card of the representative.
  1. When purchasing SS, the Bank shall charge a commission, which depends on the amount invested in SS.
  2. When selling SS, the Bank does not charge any brokerage commission.
  3. The maximum amount of SS that may be held by an investor represent 50 percent of the volume of SS with the same identification number – ISIN code, put for sale on the primary market or put into circulation.
  4. According to the Law No. 1163/24.04.1997, in order to apply Titles I and II of the Fiscal Code, the income earned from interest on SS shall not be subject to taxes until 01 January 2015.


HOW TO benefit from BANK’s SERVICES in transactions with CORPORATE SECURITIES (CS)?

  1. To buy / sell CS you should approach Bank’s headquarters;
  2. To sign the contract related to brokerage services on CS market it is necessary: 

For individuals:

  • to submit the identity card;
  • to ensure the availability of funds necessary to purchase CS. 

Legal entities shall submit the following:

  • Copy of the registration certificate of the enterprise, issued by the State Registration Chamber (SRC) of the Department of Information Technologies or other documents confirming the state registration, certified by the notary;
  • Copy of documents of incorporation (statutes, regulation, constitutive contract etc. ) certified by the notary;
  • Extract from the State Commercial Registry certifying the person empowered to manage the company, issued by SRC or by territorial structures (for entities that are registered with SRC);
  • Fiche with specimen signatures and stamp mark;
  • Identity card of the representative.
When purchasing / selling CS, the Bank shall charge a commission, which depends on the value of the transaction.

 
HOW TO INVEST IN CERTIFICATES of deposit (CD) ISSUED BY CB ”vICTORIABANK” JSC?

  1. To purchase CD, it is necessary to approach any branch or representative office of the Bank and to sign the contract on sale / purchase of CD;
  2. To sign the contract on sale / purchase of CD, the Client shall submit the following documents:
For individuals:
  • Identity card;
  • The document confirming the payment for the placement of the Certificate of Deposit;
  • The proxy certified by the notary or the proxy prepared and authenticated in the Bank (in case of acting on behalf of another individual).
Legal entities:
  • Copy of the Statutes of the enterprise with all further amendments and supplements;
  • Copy of the State Registration Certificate of the enterprise with the original mark of the stamp;
  • Decision of the empowered body of the legal entity regarding the purchase of CD issued by CB "VICTORIABANK" JSC;
  • The document confirming the powers of the representative (extract from the State Registry of Enterprises and Organizations, which confirms the manager of the enterprise. When the representative acts based on a proxy, the documents confirming the powers of the person who signed the proxy shall be submitted).
  • The identity card of the representative;
  • Documents confirming the payment of the placement value of the CD bearing Bank’s stamp.
  1. To sell a nominative CD, it is necessary to approach the branch or representative office of the Bank that issued the certificate and fill in the application for sale, indicating the conditions of sale (price or interest rate).
  2. The Bank, through its subdivisions, shall propose this CD to potential investors and shall register the sale / purchase transaction on the secondary market.
  3. If you purchased a nominee CD, you could sell (donate) it to another person, without applying to Bank’s services.
