Approach any branch or representative office of the Bank;
Bring your identity card;
Fill in the application for connecting to the system “Personal.Bank”, based on which you will receive an envelope enclosing your login and password and an envelope containing the key (TAN) necessary to make transactions.
How to launch the Personal.Bank system?
On any computer that is connected to Internet, access the bank’s website www.victoriabank.md, then select the menu Personal.Bank located in the upper left corner.
Enter your login (6 digits) indicated in the sealed envelope of CB “Victoriabank” JSC under the position “user ID” in the field “User”.
Enter your password indicated in the sealed envelope received from the Bank in the field “Password”.
Access the button «Enter» on the pictogram or press «Enter» on the keyboard.
